Where to meet your guide
Our meeting point is the statue of Louis XIV on horseback in front of the Louvre Pyramid entrance. The nearest address is 10 Place du Carrousel. The closest Metro station is Palais Royal Musee du Louvre on Line 1 and 7. It’s about a five-minute walk to the meeting point from the Metro.

How much walking is there?
There is roughly a half-mile of walking at a leisurely pace. Elevators and escalators are subject to routine maintenance and may be out of service, making them unpredictable. Throughout the journey, there are a few small flights of steps. If you have mobility difficulty, please let us know when you book your tour.
Can I take photos inside the museum?
During the trip, photography is permitted and encouraged. However, many works of art, such as the Mona Lisa, have strict rules prohibiting the use of flash photography.
What is the rescheduling policy?
We are aware that plans might change. You may easily change your tour up to 24 hours before departure. We provide a 100% refund up to 24 hours before the start of your tour. Within 24 hours of your tour, we would have incurred hard costs and therefore cannot allow rescheduling or cancellation without costs.
What if it rains?
Our tours go on rain or shine, so please check the weather forecast before you go. If we have to cancel due to severe weather conditions, we will give you the option to reschedule or get a full refund.
What about gratuities?
Tips are always appreciated but never expected. They’re a great way to tell your guide they did an awesome job and show your appreciation.
