We offer a 100% refund up to 24 hours before the start time.
The meeting point is inside the Jardin de Luxembourg, directly in front of the Sénat building, under the big clock. We meet on the side of the building facing the garden and the fountain, not the street.
How much walking is there?
This tour covers about 2.5 miles at a leisurely pace. If mobility is an issue, you can also book a private tour.
What is the rescheduling policy?
We are aware that plans might change. You may easily change your tour up to 24 hours before departure. We provide a 100% refund up to 24 hours before the start of your tour. Within 24 hours of your tour, we would have incurred hard costs and therefore cannot allow rescheduling or cancellation without costs.
What if it rains?
Our tours go on rain or shine, so please check the weather forecast before you go. If we have to cancel due to severe weather conditions, we will give you the option to reschedule or get a full refund.
